These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all participants ("Participant," "you") attending Bloom Within (the "Event"), hosted by Stephanie Laur DBA XO Social Haus ("Host," "we," "us"). By registering for the Event and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Event Overview

Event programming, facilitators, and schedule may evolve prior to the event. Host reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to enhance the experience or address unforeseen circumstances.

Registration & Payment

Full payment of $88 per person is required to secure your spot. Your registration is not considered complete until payment is received in full. Spots are limited and are not held without payment.

Bloom Within events are intended for participants 18 years of age or older unless otherwise indicated in the event description.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations, failure to attend, late arrival, or early departure. If you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another individual with written notice to hello@xosocialhaus.com no later than 7 days prior to the event. Transfers are not guaranteed and must be approved by Host. If Host cancels the Event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, a full refund will be issued.

Health & Participation Acknowledgment

The Event includes immersive 9D Breathwork, which involves conscious connected breathing, layered sound frequencies, and somatic activation. By attending, you acknowledge:

- You are voluntarily participating.
- You are responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- You will consult a licensed healthcare provider prior to attending if you have any medical conditions that may affect participation.
- You assume all risks associated with participation.

9D Breathwork may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant, have a history of cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, severe psychiatric conditions, or have recently had surgery. If you have questions about whether this experience is appropriate for you, please contact us at hello@xosocialhaus.com before registering.
Participants agree to disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility needs in advance.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Participation in the Event involves inherent risks including but not limited to physical or emotional response to breathwork, uneven terrain and outdoor conditions, and weather exposure. By registering and attending, you voluntarily assume all risks and release Stephanie Laur DBA XO Social Haus, its owner, team members, contractors, facilitators, vendor partners, and venue from liability for injury, loss, or damages, except in cases of gross negligence or unlawful conduct.

Code of Conduct

Participants agree to act with integrity and respect, follow all safety guidelines, respect venue property, and refrain from disruptive, harmful, or unsafe behavior. Host reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior compromises the safety or experience of the group. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Alcohol Policy

If alcohol is served during the Event, participants must be 21 years of age or older. Consumption is optional and at your own discretion. Host is not liable for misuse or overconsumption. Alcohol service will comply with Oregon State regulations.

Photography & Media Release

The Event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in marketing, promotional materials, website, or social media unless you notify Host in writing prior to the Event.

Intellectual Property

All Event materials, frameworks, and content are the intellectual property of Stephanie Laur DBA XO Social Haus and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Force Majeure

If the Event must be canceled or materially modified due to circumstances beyond Host's reasonable control — including but not limited to wildfire, natural disaster, unsafe air quality, road closures, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or venue closure — Host will issue a full refund of payments made or make reasonable efforts to reschedule. Host shall not be responsible for personal travel expenses incurred by Participant.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.

By registering for Bloom Within, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, understand the cancellation policy, and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
